Submitting Your Time

A two-step process to get you paid

Step One: Tracking Your Time

Your current assignment is a special project through the state of Louisiana and it has some specific requirements regarding tracking your time.

  • Time must be submitted daily, yes daily
  • You must use the state of Louisiana's approved, paper timesheet; you will not be required to submit a weekly Triage timesheet

  • You must have a supervisor (manager, charge nurse, HR) sign your timesheet every day in the "description" field
  • You must account for lunch on your timesheet every day
  • Getting paid on time and correctly hinges on you submitting your timesheet per these requirements.

Step Two: Submitting Time Daily

Each day that you work, you must submit your time.

  1. Triage will send you an email asking if you worked the prior day
  2. If yes, you will be prompted to the timekeeping portal for this project
  3. In the portal, you will log in and navigate to the Timecards screen from the Main Navigation
  4. You will answer a few questions about that day and upload a picture of your timesheet
  5. That's it, you're done!
