Tips for easy shopping
To use your code in the Triage store:
- You must create an account on the site (you cannot check out as a guest)
After you've shopped the goods and ready to checkout:
- Type your shipping address
- Choose your shipping method
- Click 'Continue'
- Then, you're taken to 'Payment'
- Check the 'Same as shipping' box OR add a new billing address
- Put your unique code in the 'Gift Certificate' field & click 'Apply'
- Once it's applied, check the box "use my account balance" --it will not automatically do so
As you can see, the $15.00 applied after entering the code in the "Gift Certificate" field. Your NEW balance is where the red arrow points.
After clicking "Continue," you're taken to the final payment screen. Your total balance doesn't appear as if the discount was applied, but promise, it was!
